Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping & Delivery:

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. This should mean a delivery within 2-3 working days.

If you have not received your items within 5 working days, please email sales@thegiftfairyuk.com

 

Returns:

Unwanted items can be returned unused & in sealed packaging for a refund within 14 days. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Personalised items are excluded from our returns policy and can only be returned if faulty.

If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, a returns label will be provided.
